The Silicon Face Of Spades is a two transistor fuzz based on the legendary Square Face Fuzz built by Cesar Diaz, the legendary builder and tech responsible for pedals and amplifiers made for the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughan, Carlos Santana, Warren Haynes, Philip Sayce and more. It has Cesar’s tweaks that give it a great consistent fuzz tone along with superb clean up on your guitar’s volume knob. It can go from full-on wooly fuzz, down to a gritty overdrive tone, and all the way down to a nice glassy, chimey clean tone.

CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS:

VOLUME: Sets overall output level.

FUZZ: Controls the amount of fuzz or distortion of the circuit.

BYPASS FOOTSWITCH: Utilizes True bypass to bypass the fuzz effect.

POWER REQUIREMENTS:

9v battery (Carbon-Zinc type recommended) or Standard 9v 2.1mm center negative DC power jack (use a 9v isolated Power Supply only!)
